Medlife — total fraud company | |||
My order Id is : #OR9449AW-001A I placed my order on 26th oct.2018 still not received .I have already paid entire amount.When i placed my order the delivery date was on 27th oct but atlast after 3 days on 30th oct those people assign one delivery agent (name : sandip pal, mob: [protected]), but from that day to today (1nov), the mobile number of delivery boy is swtchoff and the customer executive told me every time "sir we can only raise a complain, nothing is our hand" .i suggest to change the company name "medlife to pizza life" Was this information helpful? | |||

My order dated 19th August OR7506IWB-001A was modified with a reason that medicines are out of stock and I received only 1 medicine out of 4. I paid in full in advance. I am still waiting for the refund amount Rs. 1400. It's been a month now. Customer Service calls are just namesake, it keeps advertising about Medlife products and after providing inputs to talk to support personnel, call gets disconnected automatically. Totally disappointed.
