Medlife — two times ordered but cancelled without information

My order number is registered with order i'd or9442zs-002a and i created order on 9 sept.2018 but without information my orders are being cancelled by delivery executive and he is not picking my phone. Delivery executive name is pawan khandelwal, jaipur.
Person is very rude and doesn't want to deliver medicines.
Medlife customer service also dull and just laughing on my concern.
