Medlife — unable to deliver the order on time | |||
Hi, I had ordered few calcium and heart related medicines for my family member through medlife app on thursday 02/01/2020 as attached. As per app the delivery date is 04/01/2020 (Saturday). Due to some emergency i raised a call to get this delivered by friday. But todays it's 06/01/2020 and still the order has not been delivered, but the app shows as delivery by sat jan 4, 2020 as seen in screenshot. Due to medical emergency i somehow got these medicines (1 strip only) on friday after searching through local chemist for 2 hrs. The app still shows order as "processing" and no other details abt what is stopping to get the order delivered. I have already done the payment of order and now since 3 days i am continuously calling to know the latus. The app does not have any facility to show the actual status about the order, neither the team calls you to know the cause of delay or whether it ready to be shipped etc. Seems to be 1 of the pathetic app. Note: if you want some really critical medicines don't trust this app. Was this information helpful? | |||
