I booked a test for my old parents through a call received from medlife. The booking for the tests was done for 21st nov 2018 at 9am. My parents have fasted for 12 hours for the test, but no one turned up, no one even called. When i am calling their customer care, i am just put on continuous hold for more than 5 mins. Thoroughly disappointed with medlife. No professionalism at all. Do not trust their calls.
