Medlife — wrong order received, delay in exchange

Worst experience... I placed an order on the 15th of july and received them after a delay of 7 days on 23rd july. After paying almost 7k, to my horror, on checking the medicines, i found out that someone else's order was delivered to me. When i spoke to the delivery guy, he said to contact medlife which i did immediately. It's the 25th today, and i have not received any response. I called customer service and they said, it will take another 48 hrs to get it picked up. God knows when will i get the correct medicines. It happened like this last 2 times also. I ordered on the 25th may, even after 15 days, there was no order delivered and i had to cancel. Again on 11th june, when i ordered and it was not delivered on time, i had to cancel again. For god's sake, these are medicines, question of life and death for someone.
