[Resolved] Medlife — wrong product delivered and then money not returned post product is given back | |||
Hi, I had ordered Blood Sugar checking Glucometer (Accu-check Aviva and 50 test stipes box) from Netmeds on 30 Nov 2019 from Pune for my sister in Goa - as a health kit. The product delivered was wrong product (Accu Check Active - cheaper version) . The 50 test stips box and invoice in delivery was correct. While I contacted through phone call and email Netmeds / PinHealth for replacement in Dec 2018 they asked me to return the product as company doesnt have policy of replacement. I was specifically asked to return the complete delivery since the invoice was common. However, while collecting the parcel the delivery boy generated the invoice with mention of correct order Id but only mention of Kit in pickup receipt even though my sister had given the complete package return as mentioned over call per above said complete order return conversation. Unfortunately my sister could not highlight the mistake of pickup boy. All these details are recorded over the mail, including my question to NetMeds/Pinhealth Now the NetMeds/Pinhealth customer care has NOT returned my money. They keep repeating same statement of only Glucometer is returned (Rs 1, 397) and not 50 Test Stips Kit (Rs 999). I had requested them to refer their calls/mails to return complete order, mails asking full money if they dont trust me. Also they can share the video footage of person opening the return delivery i had given back. However nothing of this is confirmed. More critically they keep on repeating same "We will check internally and call you back" and till date THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY OF ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF KIT i.e. Rs 1, 399. This has been a very long process and too muc delay where i was trusting NetMeds/PinHealth to return my fulll money. But it seems they being a big brand company they just do not care one small customer like me. Herewith request your assistance and legal help to penalize such organizations legally to make sure they dont take small customers for granted and loot our hard earned money like this.
