[Resolved] Medplus India — Bad customer service and misguided adverts | |||
Dear concern My name is Himanshu Patel from Ahmedabad. My order id is 321134. I ordered medicine on 29th May 2017. Its more than 48 hours and still i haven't received medicine. I did call them two times and ask for manager or any superior person to chat with and raise the query but staff refused and been rude to me and aggressive. His name was Shabbir. Medplus advertise that they will deliver your order between 4- 24 hours but they never follow this. This is second time happend to me. Basically medplus miss guided customers by saying time frame and never follow. Was this information helpful? | |||
