[Resolved] Medplus India — bill amount debited twice. yet to refund the amount. | |
On october 6 2017 we made a debit card purchase of rs.904 in medplus medical shop, anakaputhur branch, chennai. As the bill was not generated, we were asked to enter the atm pin again and the amount was debited twice from my account. The extra amount is yet to get refunded. This one is quite disappointing. Oct 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved On enquiring in medplus medical shop, they checked their records and confirmed that they got the money only once and I was guided to check in my bank. Did it and money got refunded. Wonder how the refund got stuck and I had to raise requests for getting the money back! MedPlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
