Medplus India — Complaint about customer service at shop | |||
Hi, me and my sis went to the medplus at Adambakkam today night to buy a whisper as our mom got periods. But when I open the door the staff over there turns off all the lights and said it's closed but he have customers inside if he can give them products why not us??? What kind of customer service is this .? If we had emergency what will he do then ...why we should prefer your medical then ..? Worst ever behaviour ..won't you teach your staffs how to treat customers ...? This is the way you behave at medicals ?? Everyone will have emergency purposes..we decided not to go medplus hereafter.. Was this information helpful? | |||
