[Resolved]  Medplus India — Complaint on three Associate

I just went to my near by med plus store in vanasthalipuram bought medicines on my registered mobile number [protected] I always prefer medplus but your agents told me directly on my face not come again to visit again the store. This all happened because when paid the bill with 500 note they should return me 316 rupees but you agent gave me 310 and rudely said to take the remaining 6 on your next visit I understand sometimes it happens but the way he said it to me and took it so carelessly I felt very bad and humiliated. I immediately said I don't want change back or I will return the medicine then they suddenly started being so rude to me I never felt so threatened like that before in any shop there were three Associates and all them were behaving like prisoners I don't know how you hired them but you will surely lose customers it they really behave with everyone like that. One of them said that he had seen many of them like me before and they were so rude and rash to me. I will never ever go to that store even it is so close to my home. They should really be taught a good lesson to behave good and should teach minimum discipline. You can watch the video recording too of you want you can see how they reacted and behaved with me.
