[Resolved] Medplus India — defective product | |||
I had purchased scalpe + anti dandruff shampoo from medplus kamarajar salai outlet in chennai. When i opened the box.. The shampoo was leaking from the bottle and a considerable amount was lost already. But the sales person refused to replace it with a new one. She said there was no stock left and did not repay my money. Now i am left with a defective shampoo botlle which costs 230rs. I want a replacement or refund. If not i will be lodging a complaint against medplus in chennai district consumer redressal forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
