[Resolved] Medplus India — delay in order delivery and money not refunded even after 30 working days | |||||
I have ordered medicine on medplus app with Case No: TCK[protected] on 5th September 2018 for Rs 848.00/- by using my Central bank of India Credit Card. During order time, app displayed that the medicine would be delivered in 24-48 hours. On 6th September 2018, though the order not delivered they have updated the app as delivered. I waited for 10 business days but medicine was not delivered. As, it was emergency request for refund and cancelled the order. On, 16 September 2018 received an email from medplus saying that refund initiated and the amount would be refunded in 10 working days.
