[Resolved] Medplus India — difficulties in availing benefits against purchase of medicines

My tel no [protected]. This is how medplus remembers me. As per their present promotional scheme the purchases made by customers are either discounts on spot or points which they can use to get certain items chosen out of company's list. I have accumulated certain points so that I could opt for electric rice cooker. I was directed to contact customer care and was told that would be sent after two months after two months, I was told again take two more months today. I am fed up with cheating by this company.
