[Resolved]  Medplus India — Employee behaving is not satisfied, degrading your reputation

I am from chennai, past few years i am purchasing tablets for my father in monthly basis. Yesterday evening i went "Medplus, Vellalar street, purasawakkam, chennai". They are not ready to search the tablet itself even he is the one of the experience person in that branch.
I am purchasing the same set of tablets in the same branch for more than a year, morning shift employees are good they are ready to do needful this is not a first time i am facing this issue. They are not ready to read the prescription simply telling that go ask near by doctor's place. yesterday i am explaining all the name of the tablets and i given my phone number to verification for previous bill also, but no luck he never ready to help me out he simply ask me to get your previous bill from Medplus.

We are from midclass for tablet i am spending around 5000 to 6000rs per month, your concern providing 20% discount right, this one is very helpful for midclass people. That's the thing we are approaching Medplus frankly i and telling.

Ask your employee to do the job with enjoyment and for namesake. Sorry to bring this to yor notice, it will degrade your reputation.
