[Resolved] Medplus India — irresponsible behaviour by sales person in the shop | |||
I have placed an order on the Porur Medplus shop(near karambakkam busstop). I got a message that it's ready for pickup. Mr. Saravanan in the store replied irresponsibly and in a harsh way that there was no order placed checking his database. I showed my authenticated order no. and message from medplus to help me as I needed that medicine inmediately for the patient. But his responsible was not explainable which hurt me.
