[Resolved] Medplus India — mis behaviour of the storekeeper | |||
I am a customer of medplus for the past 10yrs. Today, i had a very worst experience with the shopkeeper basavaraj, i asked him to check for a medicine and responded rudely and completely denied to check in the system. Even after repeated asking also, there was no change in his behaviour. I would expect medplus to fire such people and take this feedback seriously to train their employees in customer handling.
