I had placed an online order on 5th of may. The order was cancelled by customer care on 6th of may as one of the products added in the order was not available. It showed available when order was placed. I thought they will only cancel the product but they cancelled the entire order.
Its been 9 bank working days and 11 days since the order has been cancelled but i have not received my money back.
I have been daily calling at customer care since 5 days and there has been no proper response.
