[Resolved]  Medplus India — My Order payment got failed but Amount debited - OTNMM[protected] &OTNMM[protected]

I had placed the medicine order in your application on 11th september'2021.
but my order payment failed but the amount was debited in my account around Rs.1875.60.

As i had your customer care as they told it will refund in account within 24hrs but still not yet received.
