[Resolved] Medplus India — No response upon initiating refund of medicines | |||||
I have ordered medicines worth 3200+ on medplus online store for my grand mother. Due to her sudden demise the medicines went unused. Through an e-mail ([protected]@medplusmart.com) i explained all the reasons for returning the medicines and asked the concerned department of medplus to initiate refund. The agent called me once and promised about taking further course of action but didn't turn up. I sent e-mails to follow up on the status of the request but there is literally no response from them. I request to take up the issue and refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
