I am your regular customer for the last 7 years and purchase on an average rs. 30000 per year. Last week, i asked for stilnoct tablets from ayanambakkam branch in chennai. They said they will arrange in one week. Today when i contacted them, they answered irresponsibly. Then i contacted your customer care and the lady executive bluntly told that sleeping pills will not be supplied. I have been buying sleeping pills from you regularly. Now i am asking for the tablet with a valid prescription from one of the leading diabetic units in the country. What is the problem?. This kind of behavior is really hurting from your customer care executive who is supposed to solve the problem. If i do not receive a reply within 24 hours, i will permanently switch over to some other source. It is the service which matters and not the discount.
