[Resolved] Medplus India — non delivery of product | |||
Dear sir I have ordered for steem cooker at at tarnaka branch. I received phone call the product is ready for delivery than visited the branch the employee asked for id card i have produced id card he demanded for xerox of the id card the xerox center is for way from the location. The employee refuse to give the product the product is not giving to me free of cost the employee is behaved such a rudely as if he is i am a survent to him i am purchase is the every month about 10000/- worth medicines for which the the product is giving to me not at the free of cost.in future i have decided not to purchase any product from medplus the discount is giving other venders also thair no need to purchase from medplus only the behaviour it continues the no will come to medplus. If they really wanted the id card xerox they should have they should have asked while they have informed me at the time of phone call at time of product receipt. My contact no is [protected].
