[Resolved] Medplus India — non delivery of spectacle on time | |
I placed an order for a pair of spectacles on 08/09/2019 against receipt voucher number [protected] at your outlet situated at sriramnagar, kondapur hyderabad 500084. The delivery date was 11/09/2019. When i went there yesterday at 1830 hours, i was told that the item is not ready due to muharram holiday and will be delivered to me on 12/09/2019 by 1230 noon. Today again when i went there at 1805 hours, the store incharge said as there was no delivery boy available, they will deliver to me at 1230 noon tomorrow iee on 13/09/2019. But neither they are intimating me telephonically to me or by any other means. Kindly look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
