Please note that i am monthly customer in your :hridaypur medicine store"but i have not received properly medicine which was book by me. You are therefore requested to kindly arrange to send"booked medicine" with listed or summit requisition properly. It is earnest request. I am not listed from your store gentlemen that on-line medicine not supplied. Please purchase from here without online medicine. Please see and send your valuable comments. I am enclosing last time purchase list.
