[Resolved] Medplus India — pampers | |||||
I bought pampers small & medium 86 packs in medplus store located in hastinapuram. Store id : ininmas00136. While purchase i inform in billing that i might change the pack after going home from small to medium, they asked to me bring in a week. As thought earlier medium was the correct one and i went to store for returning the pack... There pampers cover was torn a little, very little not even a inch, they lady at the store was very rude and refused to exchange. Now it's waste of money for me. On the day of purchase printer was not working and they did now give me the bill, i adjusted with that. But now they won't exchange. Not sure how the torn occured. Kindly exchange my product.
