[Resolved]  Medplus India — Refund against an order

I ordered a oximeter on 26th April, 2021
It was suppose to be deliver on 28th April, 2021
As I didn't receive it so I had cancelled my order
Order I'd is OWBMM[protected]
I had applied for refund but still I didn't get the money back
It has been already 14 days that I had applied for my refund but still didn't get it
Everytime I call customer care I didn't get any reply
Everytime I am Sending email to [protected]@medplusmart.com they always generate a ticket and after somedays without resolving my issue they are closing the ticket
I think medplus is cheating me it has done a fraud with me
Amount that I suppose to get back is of Rs1970

It's my request to the concern team to solve this matter and help me to get my money back

Till now no action has been rajen by medplus
They asked me for bank details and I had already provided it to them for the refund of amount 1970
Bank details had been provided last week only
Till now I didn't get back my money
It's a request to the concerned team to help me to get my refund back
