[Resolved] Medplus India — Refund against an order | |
I ordered a oximeter on 26th April, 2021 It was suppose to be deliver on 28th April, 2021 As I didn't receive it so I had cancelled my order Order I'd is OWBMM[protected] I had applied for refund but still I didn't get the money back It has been already 14 days that I had applied for my refund but still didn't get it Everytime I call customer care I didn't get any reply Everytime I am Sending email to [protected]@medplusmart.com they always generate a ticket and after somedays without resolving my issue they are closing the ticket I think medplus is cheating me it has done a fraud with me Amount that I suppose to get back is of Rs1970 It's my request to the concern team to solve this matter and help me to get my money back My email is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

They asked me for bank details and I had already provided it to them for the refund of amount 1970
