[Resolved] Medplus India — refund of money | |
I have ordered medicine and made the payment online through mobikwik. The customer care of med plus called me and told that we need to cancel the order as the medicine name is little different than prescription and cancelled. But they didnt refund my money back. Everytime i called, one customer care executive pick up the phone and told we need to check with account department and you will get your money within 5 working days. But that never happen.
