We are customer for your chennai kotturpuram store, your banch incharge Mr.Balamurugan behaving very rudely and never talking to customers politely, home delivery also not on time and they not even updating the delivery status, inspite of several calls they initiating the home delivery process, he is thinking that customer do not have options, today's scenario there are so many online apps are available, we had this bitter experience with him many time but your management is not taking any steps not even respinding our complaints, handling cusomer manners is very important, He may or may not good business person for you, but because of him this store has lost lot of businesz otherwise your business could be even kore, Waren him and tell him to change his attitude or take disciplinary action against him Was this information helpful? | |||
