We bought medicine from your shop.one medicine we are not aware but your staff told that if mistake that medicine pls return immediately.we return to home suddenly rush to your shop he told us wait for OTP we wait for OTP after 2 mins we told OTP and your staff told that we cancel that OTP.and he told wait for another 1 hour and he rudely behaviour and told you came tomorrow. In this panoramic period I was very upset. Is this the sign you are behaving towards the customer?
