[Resolved] Medplus India — wrongly purchased medicines | |||
On 21 nov 2108 i have purchased medicines to my father at medplus, malleswarm 17th cross for the amount 866/- By mistake telling telnimac i told telma which was another tablet taking my father. After verifying at home, i went to shop for replacement. The shop keeper told, the refund will be only 87/- the original cost of the medicine is 166/- To get the full value i. E, 166, the shop keeper told that i need to purchase for 1000/- again. Which is not convinced. For more quarries then have given a customer care number [protected]. I purchased coconut water from med plus Vidya nagar davangere dat to it taste worst because yesday was last day of expiry .Do company scam ppl by selling last day of expiry product.why do they issue bill with the product
