[Resolved] Medplus — product not delivered and order cancelled without information and confirmation | |||||
Online order placed 3 days back and still not received the medicine. After call with store and customer care and escalation next level. Got confirmation that medicine delivered to store with 1 hour but after 2 hours got sms as order cancelled. Again need to call customer care and ask for the reason means they saying mistakenly cancelled and re-ordered behalf of me. Now asking me yo wait to process all the steps. What a man they are???
