Dear sir,
This is savitri. S. H, worked for medreich unit-1 from mar-2011 to mar-2014. I want to transfer my pf amount to the present ogranisation ie :apotex research limited, but couldnt do coz of wrong updation of my leaving date as[protected]. M follow uping with hr's but no updation form them also. Its been 2 years m requesing hr to change my leaving date but not done. I have corrected my leaving date on-line and submitted to hr on[protected]. Kindly help me to transfer my amount to the present organisation.

    Hello sir,

    This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimation by the hdfc bank.

    Kindly be refund that an amount of rs 885/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 12 oct 2017 under the name of depository charges sep[protected].

    Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

    And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

    Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

        Dear sir, I'm pavankumar, last year august i had submitted my pf form for claiming due to negligence of the company my they sent my name as sarala devi instead of pavankumar due to that i'm unable to claim my pf please let me know how could i change my name in that to get my pf as early as possible

        Dear Pavan,

        Your PF number as updated in the PF department is KN/BN/10469/1954.

        You may please transfer your PF to your current employer i.e. Himalaya Drugs as PF withdrawal is not allowed when you are a member of PF with your current employer.

            I am R.Ramraj.This is regarding my final settlement from one of the Bangalore based company- Medreich limited.

            As per the appointment order it was one month notice period for me.

            I have resigned from my duties on 01.10.2008.

            As per the Executive VP commitment for the settlement I have not attended the duties from 12.11.2008.Totally I have worked for 41 days after the resignation.

            Now they are not giving the settlement stating that the policy for the notice period is changed to 3 months.

            They asked me to sign the annexure for extending the notice period to 3 months.As I was not comfortable with this increase in notice period I have resigned with in a week.
            I have given Number of mails to them for getting the settlement.But finally I am cheated by them.
            Right now I am working at Hyderabad.

            I need my settlement to meet the urgent expense.They have also stated that they have given the Salary for Nov 2008 and deducted around Rs.3000/-towards TDS(As per the PAN card statement).They have to settle me Rs.70000/-
