Meesho — Amount debited but order is not placed/ the issue happened many times but still they arw not resolved

On Sep 11, 2022, I have placed an order in Meesho and paid using Federal bank UPI id and the amount also debited but the order is not placed. I called customer care and askes for thr refund and they said that will be credited within 7 days.

My complaint is about why they still not resolved the issue in their system and also why it should take 7 days period for refund.
