I had ordered the article, same day i filed fpr the return no one came to pick the product then again i called but did nit picked the article then again i alled then they told time for the return is over, now nothing can be done, really disappointing

    I ordered a kurta set from ADRIKA FABULOUS WOMEN KURTA SET on 25th june 2022. Money was debited from my account but still the meesho app doesnt show the order placed. The payment was successfull through google pay but still the order is not placed. Please refund the amount ASAP.

      This is regarding my order placed on May 8th. It was a baby walker which came defective and i wanted to return it. I have initiated the return within on 9th May. The pick up personal did not take the order claiming the vehicle will come in the evening to pick it. Ever since then I've continuously tried to contact the team and everytime i get a response as 4-5 working days the order will be picked or 4-5 working days we will resolve it and it's been more than a month. The recent email from the team claims that i had requested a return on 15th of June which is absolutely unacceptable. The application itself is a proof.

        Very bad and worst experience costomer care is telling me i m using the wrong email id and u check ur email or give new mail id.

        This is not a way to talk and there is a limit... I m getting an email and my emails how they are getting?
        If my email is wrong i was also not getting the email. I really feeling like i should stop using mesho app

          my self bhagyashri previously i write complaint against meesho but it was not solved i return rain coat also mail courier receipt but last more than 25-30 days i didn't get my money from meesho.

          each and every time need to discuss from start to end with each and every customer cars executive if ask for senior executive than can will go for hold more than 45-50 minutes.

          supplier get the product 3 weeks ago and meesho ask me pl send me courier receipt i didn't understand what childish people working in meesho.

          Again i request to meesho pl return my money.

            The above order was placed on 6th June and the status is updated in app as delivery by 18th June. This date was also updated multiple times with wrong message" delivery unsuccessful" even though delivery partner didnt make an attempt to deliver.

            Made 3 calls to meesho customer care.

            1 response -- It will be delivered soon
            2 response(18th June) --- Order returned to seller and refund within 3 days
            3 response(24 June)--- It will be cancelled after 3 days and not aware of any complaints made so far

            Issues faced

            Very bad customer service
            No escalation done yet to delivery partner

            I need my refund ASAP along with compensation on mental trauma created with multiple follow ups

              I ordered something from meesho and my account paid the amount from Google pay app and the order is not even placed in the Meesho app they are not even picking up the call, this is so fraudulent. Please either give me my refund or place my order and give me the product.

                I have ordered a graceful ladders at meesho my order I'd is[protected]_1 amount of product was 2472 after discount I paid 2454 on 25 April but due to late delivery i just canceled the order. As per company promised to refund it is still unreflected in my account. I had complaint alot of times but still haven't got resolved pls help and resolve it.

                  I'm a doctor and this is my genuine review. Meesho is a fraud corrupt app. It's been a month, they neither delivered nor refunded my money for a product. Furthermore, it gave me only a partial refund for another product (which they had not even delivered). They trap customers by giving additional discounts on prepaid. Also, they have the worst customer service, who always act dumb and never really work on the tickets, and keeps sending autogenerated msgs. Do not shop from Meesho. This app should be banned.

                    Hi,
                    Meesho is a fraud online seller and make fool to their supplier by showing adds to them.
                    I will never ask anyone to join meesho as a supplier. Neither they have professional team nor they have support for any of the.
                    1. Unprofessional behaviour.
                    2. Whenever you raise any ticket to their support team, they never call you and close the issue by saying, we try to call to supplier but he didn't pick the call.
                    3. Never provide solution rather than they can provide only excessive.
                    4. If your product get return from customer end and you opened it, you will found different product. Now if you go to fight for it no one will help you and you never get your product back. They does the big fraud.

                    I will request you, please don't connect with meesho either you got the big loss

                      Refund not received even after 3 months

                      Hello, I ordered a product in Meesho on 06.03.2022 midnight for Rs. 456, order ID #[protected]. I paid money through Gpay. But money deducted after 12.00AM so in my bank statement the debited date showing as 07.03.2022. Unfortunately order cancelled by seller and refund for the same processed by Meesho on 11.03.2022 (UTR- UTIBR[protected]

                        Full compensation awaited since last 8 months: Received empty courier.

                        I am a seller on Meesho. On 29th Oct, I received a return courier of shipment which was empty. We supply Tablets with their cover & charger in them. We send the video and images of the courier to the support team on 29th Oct(the same day as receiving the courier). I received a reply on the ticket of getting full compensation but I received only 3924.2/- instead of the full amount 7999/-(actual price of my tablet which we have mentioned on...

                            The order was not received to me however it is showing as delivered. When contacted the customer care they said that I needed to contact within 48 hours however when asked that where is it written the same in their terms the executive kept me on hold for 30 minutes on the pretext of checking and then disconnected the call.
                            The same is not written in their terms and condition and therefore they are cheating their clients. Pls the customer service is horrible

                              CHEATERS WORST APP
                              I have ordered a product in March and got it delivered. But it was not updated as delivered in the app in order to request return. On raising a request through customer care, it was not resolved. I shared all the required information for refund. From last one month they are asking to wait for 2-3 days always. I have done almost 100 mails and many calls. Worst app ever worst customer care, dont trust, they are cheaters. The customer care ppl Rohit and Yashoda doesnot have proper information. In one call itself, they told the amount should be reflected, then changed as refund is initiated then told the refund will be initiated. Its been 4 months with hundreds of mails and endless calls. Dont get cheated with such apps. I just need my money back.

                                I Ordered 2 Cholis on meesho on 25th april & got a piece of garbage instead of 2 cholis on 29th april...
                                Within 10-15 mins i called to MEESHO CUSTOMER care for this fraud happend to me...
                                From 29th april till date (20 june) i called them so many times, mailed them shared video, recordings, screenshots still they gave half refund to me for rest payment they are saying you didn't choose "Missing Product" option at that time so we are unable to give refund. Your 7 days policy window is close now.
