Meesho — Defective order received & Refund not yet received from Meesho | |||||
Dear Sir, I have ordered two All in one Steamer/Vaporizer on dtd 12th May 2021 which was received on dated 16th May 2021but due both defective piece, I have returned the product one by one on dtd 17th May 2021 & 31st May 2021 respectively. Cost of Rs. 255/- for one piece refund received on dtd 25th May 2021 which was pickup on dtd 17th May 2021 but another Piece amount of Rs. 255/- not yet received from Meesho which was returned on 31st may 2021 My Order no #[protected] for two product, I am returning two product but refund received for one product only, i.e. Rs. 255/- I am trying to follow up for refund of Rs. 255/- since last two weeks, Meesho customer Care executive not given positive response & disconnect my call & not reply to my written complaint, mail dtd 12th june 2021 & I received complaint ticket ID no - #9587044 TIll today i have not yet received my refund not even any revert on my mail. I am attaching herewith proof of delivery, bank statement of non receipt of refund amount of one piece Rs. 255/- kindly requesting you to look into the matter & help me out to get the refund from Meesho. I am regularly giving order to Meesho app. since 2018, I am very old customer by giving 76 order since 2018, but still Meesho giving very poor service to valuable customers like me.
