Meesho — Delay in delivery and rude behavior of delivery agent | |||
I had requested the exchange of a product from Meesho which was picked up on 8th Oct 2021 and was supposed to be delivered by 20th Oct. However, the delivery was delayed by 3 days and still the product was not delivered yet. I received a message for product delivery on 22nd Oct, but it didn't happen. On 23rd Oct, I again received the product delivery message. On contacting the delivery agent named Arindam Mitra, he started behaving extremely rudely to me. He said he cannot tell the exact time when he will deliver the product nor he is sure whether he will deliver it today or not. He has no courtesy to talk to a woman and kept on boasting to complain about him to his manager as he doesn't care about it. On contacting Meesho, they said that they can neither take a complaint about the delivery executive nor confirm if the order will be delivered on 23rd Oct. This is a serious harrasment from Meesho and its a very bad experience for me. I never had such issues with other e-commerce sites. Need some action to be taken for such harrasment.
