This is to inform you that I had exchanged a product from Meesho which was shipped by Shadowfax courier company on 20th September and this exchanged product was supposed to be delivered by 26th September….when I was tracking the shipment on Meesho app there was no movement after 20th September so
I had to call Meesho customer service…They said it’s on the way and you will receive it…but I told them that the shipment is not moving while I’m tracking…They raised a complaint saying it on highest priority many a times…But no solution is given so far it’s been more than 10 days neither I have received the exchanged product nor m refund…Being a customer I had to mail the shadowfax courier company for the same and as per them the product is already returned back to the seller…My point is if it’s returned back to the seller then why am I not getting the refund…why Meesho customer service is not working on my concern and getting my issue resolved…Why am I suppose to coordinate and call them everytime….Why there is no internal coordination between Meesho and shadowfax….Customer service of Meesho is not helpful…I’m calling them everyday for my refund…also told them that as per Shadowfax it’s returned to the seller so kindly refund my amount but as per Meesho it’s showing them the order is on the way as the tracking of the shipment is stuck on their app after 20th September…
My only concern now is that I want my refund for this product…I’m tired contacting the customer service of Meesho and also contacting shadowfax..
Kindly expedite my refund process
Its returned to the seller which is not reflecting on Meesho shipment tracking but is reflecting on shadowfax courier shipment tracking
This is not a customer’s concern
My concern it’s clearly mentioned it’s returned to the seller..
So I request you to process my refund
