I orderedBoys multicolour boys tshirts and polos and paid online with preference for all returns. order no[protected]_1, . I received the product on approximately 24th/25th August 2022 and exchange initiated on the same received date. On September 2nd 2032..I called Meesho customer care as the product was nor received or exchanged. They said eventhough it shows delivered in my orders page, it doesn't show delivered in tracking page. The problem will be solved in 24hrs and exchange process will be carried out. On September 10th I again called Customer care and they say exchange cannot be done. Its mistake from there end..but nothing could be done to rectify these mistake. please help and do needful.
