Meesho — Fake reseller shopping app | |||||
Dear meesho team recently i had ordered a product with your app (Order id :[protected]) to house number 108, vedpuram coloney agara by name of anita kumawat. They delieverd well but i found issue with product and placed return of order but the guy eho was assigned for returning of product called and asked to me to came 3 km away from my house to provide product for return. Being as a women it was very difficult for me to go much far from my house so i asked the concern person to take same from my home but he refused to do same and talked in very aggressive way and said u have to come.. This address is not under servicesable area. Can u guys please ellaborate that when u guys are delivered a product to an address then it is serviceable!!! And when returning same its unserviceable??? How. For me such amount is very bigh. I talked to customer care as well but still no revert received by your side. I am mentally torchered and harrased by you team as well as by courriar boy for such a unethical service. Please provide solution as soon as possible else i will sue you guys in district consumer court and will sue you for harrasing a woman. I wanna start saying by never order product from meesho. I ordered 2 sets of floreto photo frame product on 16 april 2022 and recieved only one on 20 april 2022. But i paid for 2 i.e. 881 ruppees because at the moment I didn’t knew that 1 set was missing. I applied for return as soon as i open the box but the pickup happened approx 6-7 days later i.e. 28 april 2022 ( which is convieniently the same time period they claim to have for mentioning of problem with missing product) i recieved the refund of only 1 product i.e. 450 ruppees when i contacted the help centre with same problem they assured me that my refund of remaining 450 ruppees will be initiated in 24 hours but it didn’t so i called again after 2 days and their executive is now telling me that I didn’t follow the due diligence so i am not getting my money back. They said that they have a policy that i have to mention about missing product within 7 days which i did on app but they are saying that it has to be on call which being a customer i cannot make an assumption about so i asked them about where is this particular policy mentioned and they told me in exchange and return policy so i went through it but it was nowhere mentioned that i have to call them for the issue it is just mentioned that i have to apply for it within 7 days which i did and thats it. They didn’t even mention that i will get a refund for only one product even though i paid for two. You people defrauded me that is a money of blood and sweat which you people eat without realising how much mental agony it is causing me. I will sue you in consumer forum if the issue not resolved my order id is[protected]
