I am a seller on Meesho. On 29th Oct, I received a return courier of shipment which was empty. We supply Tablets with their cover & charger in them. We send the video and images of the courier to the support team on 29th Oct(the same day as receiving the courier). I received a reply on the ticket of getting full compensation but I received only 3924.2/- instead of the full amount 7999/-(actual price of my tablet which we have mentioned on Meesho's dashboard). Since then I am continuously raising tickets on its dashboard, but all is just a waste. Meesho executives(Vaishnav & Amit Verma) on-call assured me that I will receive 100% compensation within 7-8 working days as I received an empty box(their call recording is available on google drive too) and they explained me that there is some backend issue due to which the compensation is not settled, but on ticket I only get a written answer that I have already received the compensation(the partial compensation).
