Meesho — I didn't get refund

I have purchased defective product from meesho on 11th September 2022, so I have replaced request for this product, I am also received another defective product on 22 September 2022, So I was Returned the product on the same date, Refund issued message was received in 24 September 2022 but I can’t get refund. I will contact customer service and cannot solve my issue.
