I placed an order for 2 blue colour baby towels worth Rs 404 on 20 sept 2022. Order got delivered on 24 sept but the colour of both the towels was different. So i placed and exchange request on 24 sept. The product was picked up on 25 sept and the replacement was delivered on 2nd oct. But the replacement had one missing towel and also the other one was of grey colour.
