[Resolved]  Meesho — Money deducted from bank but order not placed

I want to complain that I ordered one book- Accountancy dk goel on 11 October, 2022 through the Meesho app and also completed the payment process by Paytm UPI (I have photo) but in the app the order didn't show. I also tried to contact the customer care but they showed it's available only 10 AM to 7 PM (as the order I tried to place at 8PM).I want my money back as refund.Please help me.

Thank you. I got back my money as refund. I later got a call from customer care no +918069320000 and they informed that it was some problem out there. And they also assured me that the amount would be refunded to my bank account within 48 hours.And I successfully got my money back.Thanks to consumers complaints.
