Meesho — NO DELIVERY NO REFUND Order number xxxxx969516 dt. 01.10.2021

Order placed on 01/10/2021 till date no delivery no refund.

Requested many times to arrange delivery but MEESHO customer service is not lending ears.

Even try to cancel the order but the system says your cancellation request will be approved after item delivered?

This means you place order pay money, MEESHO will not deliver and you can not cancel the order and MEESHO will not refund unless delivered.

Please be kind enough to refund or if you all feel I am deserving please deliver the item oh my LORD MEESHO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM please have mercy on me a sinner. It was a sin I placed an order with you on 01.10.2021 and suffering till today 17.11.2021. Please forgive me and refund or deliver the item ordered.

Till date the matter is not resolved.

Just now someone "Harshdeep" called but she neither resolved nor gave any constructive solution to the problem, she just asked me to wait more, DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG.

They have delivered a wrong product on 21.12.2021 which was intimated them and later level 3 officer Mr Syed called on 19.12.2021 Sunday, but he did not resolved the issue.

I have clearly informed him that they may arrange delivery for the item ordered first and after checking that the item delivered is correct as I have ordered, they may collect the wrong item delivered.

Do not know how many more days, months or years they will take to resolve this matter.

Same person "Harshdeep called up yesterday and same story your wrong item will be collected and after receiving at our end the money charged will be refunded in 4-5 working days.

I have been requesting them to arrange delivery of the item ordered first and after receiving and verifying the item received I shall handover the wrong item to them.

but as usual, every time a new person comes in and starts the story with same thing and ends up with no resolution.

Till now the below people came in and did nothing just earning for doing nothing.

Ms. Anitha who did not lodged the complaint on my first call.
Mr Mathew who gave only big talks
Mr Firoz who was suppose to call back with solution in 10 minutes, its more than 2 months his 10 minutes are still counting...
Mr. Syed who claimed he is escalation desk level 3 office from CEO office, he also just gave big talks did not resolved the issue.
And the last but not least Ms Harshdeep who called on 27.12.2021 - I requested the same thing to everyone "deliver the item ordered and collect the wrong item delivered"
on 10.01.2022 She called again as if this is a new case and was asking what is your issue and what do you need.

This organisation is best to join, for those who does not want to do any work and just talk to people over phone calls and earn big fat salary. if you have failed as a radio jocky join this organisation its a same job here too only difference is you get fat salary for doing nothing.

- the courier boy could not find your home, 3 attempts he tried to deliver the order
- the labels on parcels might have changed or items from one package might have gone into another at the courier hub (magician)

And the CEO of MEESHO whom I have sent direct emails and marked mails CC since more than 2.5 months but as it is said "jesa raja vesi janta"

A CEO of the organisation is not responding since more than 2.5 months then what to expect from his employees.

Same person "Harshdeep called up on 14.01.2022 had some network issue she told me "I am calling back in a minute" but she called directly on 27.01.2022 (no wonder MEESHO refers to some different watch and calendar where 1 minute is longer then one minute of Earth. yesterday 03.02.2022 she called up again and same story your wrong item will be collected and after receiving at our end the money charged will be refunded in 4-5 working days.

I have been requesting them to arrange delivery of the item ordered first and after receiving and verifying the item received I shall handover the wrong item to them.

I failed to understand why the simple thing is not resolved yet even after more than 4 months from order date.

Repeating once again, please arrange to deliver correct product and collect the wrong product delivered. even I am ready to handover the wrong product to the same courier person who comes to deliver the ordered item, I will check if the package is containing the ordered item then I shall immediately handover the wrong item delivered.

It is more than 6 months passed I don't see any signs that meesho is really a serious business organization.

Every time a new person from MEESHO calls and give false promises, one Mr. Firoz called 15 days back and said he will just call back in 15 minutes but his 15 minutes are still counting.

They delivered a wrong product in between and now they want me to return the wrong product first then after verifying and confirmation from the vendor that the wrong product is received by him, they will arrange for the correct product delivery that too subject to availability of stock of the item ordered?

Even Mr Syed from escalation team level 3 officer (CEO desk) called last Sunday and spoke for more than 30 minutes but till date the matter is as it was on 01.10.2021

I am still waiting for the delivery of the PREPAID ordered item since 01.10.2021.

Even the CEO Vidit is not able to resolve the matter since more than 80 days.

What a quick resolution to problems.
