I placed an order Meesho through prepaid mode for Rs. 228 (order #[protected]) on 17th November and the parcel was shipped through shadowfax courier (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL). It was falsely updated on 24th November as the order was delivered whereas I was not even contacted to attempt the delivery nor got the parcel. I asked everyone in the campus and neighbourhood and it was given to none. I contacted Meesho immediately the next day itself and a complaint was registered on behalf of me with complaint No. 18412465 and I was said that the team will contact me within next 48 hours through mail for verification of the issue and the full amount will be refunded soon. But it is 8 Dec today and no communication is initiated till date. In between I called Meesho support team again 4-5 times and they just requested me to wait for just 48 hours and said that my complaint was highlighted. I tried writing to Meesho from the developer option on Google Playstore also as they have no customer help mail ID. Not a single response is there to my mail also. I wrote the issue as a review on Playstore also then only they replied back as my concern will be paid attention to and be solved soon; then again no progress on that. It's very disappointing and frustrating now; neither I got the product nor the money. I will never dare to prepay on meesho for any order and will advise everyone not to do so as they don't take the responsibility of the problems their customers are facing as the payment is done once. But it really matters to us and gives us stress. Please help me!!
