I have not received my exchange product which was picked up on 31st aug i have been calling them every alternate days from 2 months for update and the customer service agents keep on telling the same thing that they have raised the complaint and wait for few working days and now they are telling that they have sent update and marked that order was delivered on oct2nd i have called them so many times after 2nd Oct also but i got the same response and today they are saying that I won't receive my product and also the I won't receive any refund regarding the product worst customer care and also no proper delivery service please file the complaint on the meesho as they don't have the proper updation process and also the customer service agent who doesn't provide proper update and as per their update the product was shipped for out for delivery now I want my Refund because I'm waiting since two months Was this information helpful? |
