Meesho — Not receiving return and exchange

I have order S size coord size product and apply for return or exchange on meesho for M Size coord size.

Product delivered on 26th May on the same day I have applied for return and exchange request still I haven’t received my product.

From that day i have taken many follow up with customer representative they told me within 24-48 hrs you will receive the return and exchange product. Today is 10th June stil I am unable to return this product neither cancel this .

I have raised ticket but not resolved this issue.
the customer care team is unable to solve this issue
taken followup on email, call but it was unsatisfactory result i have received.

I am expecting refund else exchange this with m size product.

help me to resolve this issue
