Meesho — Payment Done, Order is not placed

I have placed an order on meesho on 15th june for Abisarika Pretty Women kurta sets(GoSriki Wine Color Rayon Anarkali Kurti with Dupatta)
The payment is done, the amount is also deducted, but order is not placed.Neither the meesho customer is responding though tried multiple times
