[Resolved] Meesho — Product not delivered , irresponsible customer care, complaint not registered | |||
My exchange product has not been delivered and I have complaint within 2 days after they have updated in their app the product was delivered. The costumer care support didn't register my complaint and I have came to know that after some days. order ID #[protected] order of rupees 501 I need to get the refund . I ordered blanket set but without any call from delivery boy order cancelled automatically. It was prepaid order. 7 days gone but my refund 646 is not proceed to my account. Please refund my money
