I had ordered two items (two kurtis (cloths)) through Meesho app on 28.03.2024 bearing Order IDs[protected] &[protected].
I was about to return one of them and saw that these were showing as delivered on 31.03.2024 at 09.08 pm and 09.09 pm whereas none of them was received at my end. These were ordered to deliver at my office address. the delivery date was of Sunday. Our office closes at 6 and shut downs latest by 8.00 pm on working days from Monday to Saturday and Sunday is our Weekly Off day so it is out of question that someone might have received it on 31.03.2024 being a weekly off.
I approached to Meesho Customer Care to lodge the complaint. But the have investigated and closed it without my information. On reaching again on customer care, it was intimated that the investigation has been done by their team and it is concluded that the delivery was made after providing the OTP whereas I neither received any call or given any OTP to anyone.
Meesho team is showing inability to provide the delivery boy's call details as a proof of delivery and proof of providing OTP.
