Meesho — Received wrong defective product

I am highly disappointed with meesho customer service will not ever use meesho again in life also would rate poor everywhere and let everyone how pathetic yiu guys have customer handling .I placed an order on 28 september fir airpods placed an order for white received the packetbof white but inside it was black in color placed an exchange received black again and tbis this time product was defective one of the product was not even working, two times delivery guy came to pickup the order but didnt receive it says the order is mismatched as its black in color which is why he cannot accept it .I mean is this even makes sense if you are sending a mismatched product are we not suppose to exchange it? I got the wrong product with a different colour thats the reason i placed an excahnge but now they are not even replacing the order nor giving my refund pathetic service would raise a consumer complaint on this highly dissapointed will also attach the video o[censored]npackaging .I want my refund as soon as possible its been 1 month now.

I am waiting for 66 days for refund, Meesho service is pathetic never recommend to anyone no use of their stereo emails or their complaints they just log for the sake of logging.
